Lecture Reflection - Sam Weible

I like learning about specific artists and works that defined the graphic design trends of the early twentieth century. The historical context is also nice to learn about and put the various movements in place; to learn not only about what designers were doing at the time, but also why they were doing it.

Something I'd like to learn about (and I don't necessarily mean to say that we aren't or won't be learning this during the lectures) are the bridges between these major design movements. What did early versions of evolving trends look like? Where did they stem from and what did they hold onto from past trends? How did they evolve into their own distinguishable style?

I would also like to have these presentations available on D2L to review outside of class.
